All content on this website is the intellectual property of Plotline (Pvt) Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproducing this content without permission is prohibited, and we reserve the right to take action against any such use.
Content you submit
Content you submit to us is treated as non-confidential and may be displayed on the website. By submitting content, you agree that we may use it in line with our business operations, including analyzing it to better understand our users' needs. This use does not constitute an infringement of any copyright or other proprietary rights you hold in that content.
User responsibility
We act as an intermediary connecting property seekers with the information advertisers choose to publish. We do not verify the accuracy of listing information, and it is the responsibility of anyone relying on that information to confirm it independently before making a decision.
When using the website, you agree to:

- Not engage in spam or other abusive behavior

Creating an account

Listings or accounts that no longer reflect an accurate situation may be removed, and we may take further action against the publishing of false information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for losses arising from a failure to keep this information secure.
Using links to the website
This website may only be used to promote your own real estate property or to find information about real estate services. It may not be used to promote unrelated websites or businesses, or to publish obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content. We expect all users to act in good faith.
Refund policy
1. Digital services and listing fees
Fees paid for listings, premium upgrades, featured placements, or subscriptions are for digital services rendered immediately upon payment. All sales are final and non-refundable once a listing goes live.
2. Removal or deactivation of listings
- User-initiated deactivation: removing a listing before its expiration date does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time.
- Property sold or rented: the listing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable if the property is sold or rented before the listing expires.
- Policy violations: listings removed for violating these terms (fraud, spam, inappropriate content) are not eligible for a refund.
3. Exceptional circumstances
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case under limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: a full refund is issued if you are billed twice for the same transaction.
- Technical failure: if a platform error prevents your listing from being published and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days, a prorated or full refund may be issued.
4. Subscriptions and cancellations
We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription cycle.

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact our billing support team within 7 days of the transaction at support@flowiix.com.
Limitation of liability
We provide a platform for publishing and accessing real estate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or uninterrupted, error-free access to the website. Use of the website is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for risks arising from contacting an advertiser, exchanging information with them, meeting them, or inspecting a property — these actions and any associated risk are entirely at your own discretion.
Reservation of rights
We reserve the right to deny service, suspend, or terminate an account without prior notice if these terms are breached. Users may raise a complaint about such action, which we will review and respond to accordingly.
Website availability
The website may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. Plotline (Pvt) Ltd. is not liable for losses arising from such downtime, though we work to minimize it and keep the platform as available as possible.
